A common full body treatment often used to relieve stress and promote a feeling of relaxation. The therapist uses a massage lubricant to work the client's muscles and other soft tissues.


A gentle method used to activate the natural circulation and drainage of fluid and stimulate the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems. This therapy helps to reduce swelling, detoxification of the body, regeneration of tissues as well as many other benefits.


A special form of massage commonly used to treat trigger points and the body's loss of mobility and accompanying pain caused by trauma, disease, stress or postural deviations. The therapist will work a specific group of muscles to normalize function.


A special form of massage used before, during, or after an athletic event. The therapist uses techniques to stimulate and prepare the athlete for peak performance and to reduce muscle tension and soreness following an event.


A treatment used to activate the body's own healing power by stimulating the natural flow of energy. The therapist stimulates nerves and reflex points in the hands and feet that correspond to other areas of the body.


A gentle method used to free restrictions in the central nervous system. While the client remains fully clothed, the therapist uses delicate manual techniques to release and relieve undue pressure on the brain and spinal cord.


$1 per minute (20 minute minimum in office)

An acupressure massage used to reduce the build-up of tension and to relax, invigorate, and energize the client. Without the use of lubricants and with the client fully-clothed, the therapist applies pressure to the client's back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands in a specially designed chair.
